All purchases are final and we do not accept returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In this case please contact us with photos of the damaged item at help@givesunshine.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If an item is in need of re-shipping due to a return by the post office or incorrect mailing address, we will request an additional $15 to re-box a package. Items in the box must be replaced like the succulent, cookies, new box etc. Returned boxes are typically sent via ground mail and usually take about 7-9 days to get back to us. There is a $10 charges issued by the USPS to reship so there will be an additional shipping charge added as well.  Thank you and sorry your loved one didn't get their package.
