Shipping policy

Our gift boxes are sent via USPS priority shipping and typically arrive within 2-5 business days after your order has been placed. 

The actual delivery date may vary depending on the postal system and if they are experiencing delays due to various unknown reasons. We unfortunately cannot guarantee any delivery dates. 

Please contact us for orders of more than 10 boxes, as shipping methods may change. 

Cancelations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase via written email to help@givesunshine.com. We will do our absolute best to fulfill these requests for changes but they are not guaranteed. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or returned packages. If the status of the item shows that it was delivered by the USPS we will understand that our obligation is fully met. 

We only ship to the united states, international shipping is not offered at this time.
